Xiaomi presented the Poco X3 NFC on Monday afternoon. The device has a 120Hz screen, a 5,160mAh battery and five cameras.
‘Battery lasts up to two days’
This is a mid-range phone, which will also be available in the Netherlands from 10 September. The price of the device is 229 euros for the version with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB storage space and 269 euros for 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space.
The phone has a 6.67 inch screen with a small hole in the top center for the camera. The LCD screen has a refresh rate of 120 images per second.
According to Xiaomi, the device can adjust the refresh rate itself, depending on the situation. For example, the speed can also be reduced to 60 Hz if the user is watching a video and to 50 Hz if a photo is viewed. These automatic screen adjustments are said to save battery.
The Poco X3 has a battery of 5,160 mAh. According to the company, the phone should be able to last up to two days on a full battery charge. The phone comes with a charger that charges the device from 0 to 100 percent in 65 minutes.
Another four cameras are placed on the back. It concerns a standard lens 64 megapixel, a wide-angle lens of 13 megapixel with a viewing angle of 119 degrees, a macro lens of 2 megapixel and a depth sensor of 2 megapixel. The latter can be used to blur the background in portraits.
The fingerprint scanner is placed in the power button on the side of the device. There is a headphone jack on the device.
