In November, the Turkish Grand Prix will return to Formula 1 – the race on the Istanbul circuit is scheduled for November 15th. A few weeks ago, the organizers began selling tickets, which were in great demand – 40 thousand tickets were sold in six hours. The reason lies in the low cost – the price of each ticket was only 30 Turkish lira (300 rubles).

However, today unpleasant news came for the fans who managed to buy tickets – due to the situation with the coronavirus, it was decided to hold the Turkish Grand Prix without spectators in the stands.

This year, so far, only two stages have passed with the fans – in Mugello, about three thousand people were allowed into the stands every day, and full access for spectators was already organized at the Russian Grand Prix – during the racing weekend, the Olympic Park was visited on average by up to 30,000 people in a day.
