Thirdera unveils CitizenKey to help governments streamline service management.
Thirdera, a ServiceNow channel partner, has unveiled CitizenKey, a new ServiceNow-certified solution designed to help government organizations streamline their service management tasks. CitizenKey was developed in conjunction with 3CLogic, a developer of voice-enabled and cloud contact center technologies. The solution is aimed at helping government agencies provide persona-based services, allowing citizens to access services through a variety of methods such as phone, online, or walk-in. It is based on intellectual property developed by Thirdera and has been approved by ServiceNow. Thirdera is planning to offer CitizenKey to its own customers, as well as through its worldwide network of over 40 partners. 3CLogic provides technology that leverages voice, IVR, intelligent routing, and CTI to allow the streaming of workflows to live agents, as well as post analysis with sentient analytics after a call. CitizenKey is designed to help government organizations improve their efficiency and ensure fast time to value.
