At this stage, infectious disease specialists do not give permission to Leagues such as Super League 2, Volley League and the lowest categories of basketball and not only, even to include the tests in their … daily life.
The protocol requested by the GGA was for a weekly screening, to continue training and competitions. Of course the lockdown for all these tournaments will mean that they will not be able to train either.
At this stage, the people of the Ministry and the GGA himself, George Mavrotas, are trying to convince the infectious disease specialists that it is not right to stop everything except the big categories that are doing tests and the European games.
Infectious disease specialists, however, remain negative. We will know by the end of this week if anything will change. However, this project is considered difficult. In this light and in the current situation, however, Super League 2, which has set a cross for November 7, will not be able to start.
