Lillo, aka Pasquale Petrolo, communicates the diagnosis: he has covid 19, has committed an imprudence and is not doing very well. Our warmest wishes go to the actor and his friend for a very prompt recovery.
When we found out, we almost didn’t believe it. In the show business there are few nice, simple and helpful people like Lillo, per century Pasquale Petrolo, known as half of the comic couple Lillo and Greg, which has been forming with Claudio Gregori, and also an actor in his own right. We had met him at the end of September, on the occasion of the presentation of his friend and bandmate’s latest novel in Milk and its derivatives, Paolo Di Orazio. It had been, as usual, a real party. Today, however, we do not laugh because Lillo has announced that he has contracted the coronavirus, during a webcam link with the Salerno festival Shadow line, telling the art director Boris Sollazzo:
“I don’t want to hide it. I’m at home because I caught this virus. I’m under control, but now I understand that it has a devastating force, like a flu multiplied by ten” and continuing to say that I have committed an imprudence of which he is well aware of and that for 20 days he has had very severe pain in his bones and knees.
Lillo also said she had committed an imprudence but he was keen to point out that it didn’t happen to the cinema, which, like all places that respect the rules, is one of the safest.
A few hours later, unfortunately, he was transferred to Gemelli and with the usual spirit he found the strength to post this photo on the official Facebook page of Lillo and Greg, in which he reassures us in his own way.
We at Comingsoon, who like all of you out there, love him a lot, we can only make him feel our affection from a distance with a choral “daje strongissimo Lillo, we are waiting for you in better shape than before!”.
