Once again the rumors are focused on the next premium smartphone from Samsung. Or perhaps it is appropriate to talk about its ultra premium model. According to the filter Ice Universe the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra it would have a 120Hz refresh rate display as well as a new main image sensor on its dorsal multi-camera.

Due to the frequency and content of the leaks that have been handled in recent days, everything indicates that, in effect, the next Samsung of the Galaxy S series would be launched earlier than expected. January is what the rumors say. And to Ice Universe, one of them, would arrive with two novelties in particular.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra rumored features

On the front we would have a 2X Dynamic AMOLED display with 2K or QHD + image resolution that would have the privilege of being one of the few devices on the market with a 120Hz refresh rate. One of the big reasons to praise the display of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra was the introduction of the dynamic refresh rate and this is sure to make a comeback on the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

But that is not all the advance information that the leaker handles regarding the next flagship of the highest hierarchy of the South Korean manufacturer. In relation to the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, its successor would not improve things much in terms of photography. And it is that in its dorsal multi-camera we will see a 108MP sensor again.

For Ice Universe the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM3 sensor instead of its predecessor’s HM2 sensor. It is, according to its sources, a 0.8 micro-pixel sensor working in tandem with an autofocus laser sensor. The really interesting thing is perhaps that the Galaxy S21 Ultra would not have a ToF sensor to accompany it.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra would have a 120Hz display with 2K or QHD + resolution and a new image sensor. But it will take much more than that to justify a generational leap. Especially since it would be one that would arrive two months earlier than anticipated, which means that we still have the Galaxy Note 20 fresh on the market.
