October 19 is marked on the calendar as the World Breast Cancer Day, a day that serves to remember a struggle that thousands of people, especially women, have to face for years.
Sport, in addition to serving from the therapeutic point of view as support for treatments, has the virtue of being an inspiration for those affected for a disease in which the psychological aspect is key to face it.
From early in the day, institutions, teams and the athletes themselves have sent their messages of support in the campaign awareness, prevention and control to avoid that every year the numbers of this type of affections increase.
Also in this fight, PREVENTION is KEY.

My tribute to all the fighters 💓 (And fighters who suffer from this disease). Today is a special day, but 365 is just as important to remember three fundamental pillars 1. 𝗡𝗼𝘀𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀 and the importance of exploring our body 2. 𝗘𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, for prezcoz detention and 3. Of course, the importance of investing in 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗰𝗶ó𝗻 . For this reason, I join this solidarity initiative of Limones de España. Join us by sharing this post and following @thelemonage_es 🍋🍋 And remember that whatever happens “you are pretty! For your courage, your strength and your bravery” 💗 #CancerDeMama #welcometothelemonage #bienvenidoalalemonage #thelemonage #actitudlimon #EstiloDeVidaSaludable
