This has only just begun. A Civil Guard command warns that the operation to clarify the group rape of a fourteen-year-old girl in the Valencian town l’Olleria still open. In fact, sources from the Benemérita explain that they have identified six young people allegedly involved in sexual assault who have not yet been arrested.
The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Ontinyent agreed this Saturday to enter provisional imprisonment, communicated and without bail of four of the detainees, all of them of Bulgarian nationality, in the framework of an open case for crimes of sexual assault on a minor under 16, sexual abuse against a minor under 16 and failure to prevent crimes.
A fifth detainee was released on charges last Friday, since the agents in charge of the case believe that he did not participate in the sexual assault, but he witnessed it and did not help the victim. In fact, it is being investigated if he could have recorded the violation.
The sixth of those arrested on Friday is a minor, which according to sources in the investigation could be the victim’s partner, a girl of Bulgarian nationality but of a Spanish mother. This boy was released and is at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
The alleged sexual assault reported by the victim occurred during the course of a birthday party held next to a hostel on the outskirts of the Valencian town last weekend.
According to the complaint of the girl, who declared like a friend this Saturday before the judge who is instructing the case, in the sexual assault there were between fifteen or twenty boys present. For them, the Civil Guard is looking for six other young people for their alleged involvement in a case on which the magistrate has decreed the secrecy of summary.
