The Kaposvár District Prosecutor’s Office has indicted a 42-year-old woman who broke unjustifiably braked in front of the victim’s car three times near Kaposvár for road danger and failure to provide assistance.
According to the indictment, the accused drove home from Kaposvár in the afternoon of January 2020, when he caught the victim’s car in front of the sign indicating the end of the populated area, who complied with the 30 km / h speed limit on the road section.
Leaving Kaposvár, the woman overtook the already accelerating and still regular car, but in order to teach the victim a lesson due to her previous slow traffic, she suddenly braked.
For the accused, one brake was not enough, the criminal brake was repeated twice more with small allowances. The victim was unable to keep his intensively braked vehicle on the road for the third time and overturned.
The car behind the victim made a report of the accident, the woman did not stop at the scene, she did not provide assistance to the victim who suffered injuries within 8 days.
The prosecutor’s office proposed a suspended prison sentence and a driving ban against the accused.
