In days not easy for the cinema, some good news finally arrives: The Batman back to work on the London set of Leavesden Studios. Filming had been suspended on 3 September last, only two days after the return following the stop for the pandemic, with the film shot at 25%, due to the positivity to Covid-19 of the protagonist himself, with alter ego: Robert Pattinson. In the meantime, however, some sets have been built, but the cameras have remained off.

Now green light, as a Warner Bros spokesman confirmed to Variety. In reality, the major has never confirmed the identity of the person found positive, nor updated on his health conditions or if other members of the crew or the cast were also affected by the coronavirus.

The Batman sees in the cast, as known, too Paul Dano, Zoe Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis, Peter Sarsgaard, John Turturro e Jeffrey Wright, directed by Matt Reeves. The release of the film had already been postponed from June to October 2021.
