The probable specifications of the entire Samsung Galaxy-S21 series are known. Android Police reports, for example, based on its own sources, that the devices include chips with 5G support. The S21 Ultra also gets Wi-Fi 6E support and a screen with a variable refresh rate.
The specifications in short
The range consists of three models: the Galaxy S21, S21 + and S21 Ultra. The first two will both get Full-HD + -LTPS displays with refresh rates of 120Hz. The Galaxy S21 gets a 6.2 “screen, while the S21 + variant has a 6.7” screen diagonal. The S21 Ultra is the largest with a 6.8 “screen and a higher resolution.
The Galaxy S21 would be equipped with a plastic back and the S21 + with a glass variant. This is not yet known about the Ultra. The device in the colors Phantom Pink and Violet would have a copper-colored frame. The Phantom White is said to have a blue tone and a bronze ring.
The S21 series cameras would correspond to their predecessors from the S20 series. All devices are equipped with a wide-angle lens and a primary camera with 12-megapixel resolution. In addition, the camera with telephoto lens again has a resolution of 64 megapixels.
The ultra is the only one in the range to get support for Wi-Fi 6E, the latest Wi-Fi standard, which supports 6GHz connections. The other two support the usual Wi-Fi 6 standard and Bluetooth 5.1.
The Korean manufacturer is expected to officially present the smartphones in January. The recommended prices are not yet known.
