A former confidante of Melania Trump secretly recorded a phone call with the US first lady and released parts of it to the public. One of the clips is about the sex scandal in 2018.
It was one of the biggest upsets of Donald Trump, 74, in office: In February 2018, his attorney Michael Cohen, 54, admitted that he had hushed porn actress Stormy Daniels, 41, shortly before the US election in November 2016 had paid. The reason: Daniels should keep information about a sex night with Trump in 2016 to himself. In the course of the reporting, the whole world learned that the US President had cheated on his wife Melania Trump, 50, shortly after the birth of their son Barron Trump, 14. A month-long media battle followed and a lawsuit in court that Daniels lost in October 2018.
First Lady keeps a low profile on the sex scandal
A hard time for Melania, who had to endure all kinds of humiliations. She kept her composure in public and only asked the press to keep her son out of reporting. Former friend and counselor Melanias, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, 50, has now released a tape showing what the first lady thought in private about Stormy Daniels.
Melania Trump insults Stormy Daniels
At the time of the phone call, at the end of July 2017, it had just become known that the sex film actress had been photographed for the US edition of Vogue. “Go to Google and read it”, Melania exclaims on the tape. “Annie Leibovitz shot the porn n *** e and she will be featured in the September or October issue.” Wolkoff is confused. “Porn N *** e?” Melania replies: “Stormy.” Wolkoff: “You don’t mean it. Why !?” Melania is now more excited: “Yes, that came out yesterday. For ‘Vogue’. She will be in ‘Vogue’. Annie Leibovitz took the photos.” The photos were printed by Stormy Daniels and her lawyer Michael Avenatti, 49, together with an interview finally in August 2018. Melania made it onto the cover of “Vogue” in February 2005 – in a wedding dress, for a story about her marriage to Trump. As a first lady, she doesn’t make it onto the cover.
Stephanie Wolkoff received the tape with the voice of the US first lady on October 5th at Other “Guilt” published by Michael Cohen. In another recording, which was first heard on the CNN show “Anderson Cooper 360” on October 1, Melania Trump is annoyed by the way the media has dealt with her – and with clear words.
