Samsung continues in search of conquering the mid-range in several countries of the world, and after successfully testing the M series in Mexico, India and other markets around the world, now the firm has created a new series that seeks to make a place for itself in the young public With a cheap phone, with a large screen, good autonomy and focused on autonomy, this is the Galaxy F41.
Perhaps the F refers to “photography”, since Samsung has not explained where the idea of baptizing its new series as F comes from, but they have made it clear that the photographic experience will be better than most of the phones in its range and price .
The specifications of the Galaxy F41 are as follows:
|screen||6.4-inch Super AMOLED|
|Internal storage||64/128 GB|
|Drums||6000mAh 15W fast charge|
|Frontal camera||32 MP|
|Rear camera||Main: 64 MP Ultra Wide: 8 MP Depth: 5 MP|
|Operating system||Android 10 One UI 2.0|
|Others||Rear fingerprint sensor 4G USB-C 3.5mm Jack|
A huge screen and battery
The first thing that stands out is that Samsung has not opted for an IPS panel for this device, but they have included a Super AMOLED panel as in their best ranges, although they have had to make some cuts to reduce costs. One of these cuts is in the fingerprint reader, which is not under the screen as in other devices with an AMOLED screen, but they have had to move it to the back.
The battery has also been a big surprise, because like the M series, the F41 has 6,000mAh of battery that promises more than a day of use even for the most demanding, and it also has 15W fast charging.
Photography without experiments
The South Korean firm has also not wanted to experiment with photography and has placed a combination that most users will surely like, since we have a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra wide angle and a depth sensor for the photos in portrait mode.
Perhaps there will be users who would have preferred to change the depth sensor for a telephoto, but perhaps this type of configuration is being saved by Samsung for future models.
We will have to test it to know if the photography is at the level of the A series or the S series equipment, but for now we are only left with the promise that Samsung says that this series stands out in the photographic section.
Price and availability
The price of the Galaxy F41 will be 16,999 rupees, which at the exchange rate are 4,960 Mexican pesos, although if it reaches Mexico, its price will probably be higher.
The team will go on sale on October 16 in India.
