The QMJHL playoffs kicked off on Friday night in the Quebec region, winning Victoriaville Tigres (Victoriaville Tigres), Chicoutimi Saguenéens and Rimouski Oceanic (Rimouski Oceanic). Victory
When the two teams tied for 2-2, Egor Serdyuk was just a bit short with 9 minutes left in the third quarter. He was helped by Benjamin Tardif and Mikhail Abramov. The latter also contributed to Sean Larochelle’s goals. Shawn Element is another scorer for the Tigers.

In Shawinigan, Creed Jones hit 35 goals, allowing the Océanic to beat Shawinigan 1-0 for cataracts.
Alex Drover was the only scorer in this conference. At the beginning of the first period, he managed to pass goalkeeper Antoine Coulombe. Coulombe repelled another 23 shots of Océanic.
In Chicoutimi, Saguenéens scored two goals in the third quarter to beat Phoenix 4-2. Christophe Farmer scored midway through the third period. Dawson Mercer then used an empty net to score and sealed the result of the game.
Matej Kaslik (Matej Kaslik) and Henddrix Lapierre (Henddrix Lapierre) are the other scorers of the Saguenen team. In Phoenix, Joshua Roy and Maxime Blanchard shook the rope.
Goalkeeper Samuel Hlavaj (Samuel Hlavaj) came to the fore with 38 saves.
For New Brunswick, the Titans defeated Bathurst’s Moncton Wildcats 5-2 in the round robin.
Bennett MacArthur led Titan to score two goals. On Thursday, he also scored two goals, defeating St. John’s Seals 7-5.
