Josh Hutcherson and Sabrina impacciatore form a curious couple, new entry in Across The River and Into the Trees, which is based on a novel by Hemingway and joins Liev Shreiber with three other actors from our home.
The duo may seem strange, but the ways of cinema are endless, so why not let a duet, or rather include in the cast of the same film, a US blockbuster actor revered by teenagers and an Italian actress linked to auteur cinema who, however, had a Hollywood experience thanks to Christ’s passion of Mel Gibson? The two talents we are talking about are Josh Hutcherson, better known as the Map of the saga of Hunger Games e Sabrina Impacciatore.
And yet the film Across The River and Into the Trees it won’t be all for them, because a cast already exists, and it’s made up of Liev Schreiber and by three other Italians: Giancarlo Giannini, Matilda De Angelis e Laura Morante. Even this second Italian-American blend we can’t figure it out well, but we are neither directors nor producers, and so what can we know about chemistry between performers?
Therefore, Across The River and Into the Trees is none other than the adaptation of the novel by Ernest Hemingway “Across the river and into the trees”, written by the author of “Farewell to Arms” while he was in Cortina D’Ampezzo. Published in 1950, the book features the Colonel Richard Cantwell, a character partially inspired by the Colonnello Charles T. Lanham, who was friends with Hemingway. In the novel, the man was hunting ducks in the Caorle lagoon in the last days of the Second World War and he happened to fall in love with a 19-year-old girl.
We know that to interpret the Colonel Richard Cantwell Sara Liev Schreiber, while we ignore the roles of the other actors. The film is directed by the Spanish Paula Ortiz and the pre-production started in Venice. It produces Robert MacLean with Tribune Pictures and photography is by Javier Aguirresarobe (Blue Jasmine, Thor: Ragnarok).
Launched by The boys are fine, Josh Hutcherson starred in 4 films of Hunger Games and is the protagonist of the tv series Future Man. Sabrina Impacciatoreinstead, we last saw her in the Muccino At home everyone is fine.
