PSV and Dortmund reach agreement on Malen; transfer fee is known

Borussia Dortmund will move Donyell Maen to that position, it reports Eindhovens Dagblad. PSV has reached an agreement with the German top club about the 22 year-old striker. Malen will have to go through a medical exam in Germany this weekend. PSV will receive “around thirty million euros” for Malen. He will sign for five years. Arsenal receives one-and-a-half percent, and Ajax gets one-and a half percent.

It is unclear what impact PSV will have on the Malen sale. This will depend on Mino Raiola’s agreements. Agents of Orange International are entitled to a percentage of the transfer fees, but terms could still be altered in negotiations. The transfer amount will also include bonuses. It will be revealed later if they are actually paid.

After the European Championship, Malen received longer leave from PSV to complete his transfer. De Herdgang requested that the attacker report to De Herdgang Saturday in order to resume training. But, it is unlikely that he will do so. Malen is expected to join Borussia Dortmund’s selection committee as soon as possible. BVBHe is currently in Switzerland on training camp.

Malen is the successor to Jadon Sáncho. He was sold to Manchester United at a maximum of 95 millions euros. PSV robbed Malen from Arsenal’s youth academy in 2017 for half of a million euros. The attacker had been at the academy for two years. The GunnersAnd he also played seven years as a youth player in Ajax. The training allowance is available to both clubs. Malen made his debut in PSV in 2018, and played 116 games for Eindhoven. He scored 55 times, and provided 24 assists.
