Seven players have signed annexes to the contracts and will stay in the Piast Gliwice team until the end of the season, the club said.
Among these players is a very important two from Spain – Gerard Badía and Jorge Félix, primary midfielder – Tom Hateley, primary defender – Uroš Korun, and: Patryk Królczyk, Tymoteusz Klupś and Dominik Steczyk.
Since the last two are loaned from Lech Poznań and 1. FC Nuernberg respectively, Piast also agreed with these clubs so that they could stay in Gliwice until the end of the competition.
“All seven initialed their annexes at the beginning of June, before the resumption of competition after the break. We came to an agreement very quickly, because each player wants to help the team take the highest place at the end of the season” – said Bogdan Wilk, sports director of Piast Gliwice, quoted on website of the still current Polish champion.
