Musician Phil Collins, 69, has fallen into the middle of quite a triangular drama. Divorced from him in the summer by text message Orianne Cevey, 46, has, in fact, taken over the home of a former Genesis drummer with her new husband.
Collins has no way to go to his house, as the ex and his new husband have hired armed guards to the scene.
Cevey is claiming $ 20 million, or nearly $ 17 million, in compensation for the divorce and is holding the house as collateral against the amount.
Collins and Cevey were together for twenty years. Although the ups and downs in the ratio were enough to get married for the first time in 1999, they divorced in 2008. The couple reunited in 2016.
Collins has sued his ex-wife. He fears for the furniture of his home. Namely, the apartment has a lot of valuable belongings from the times of the Genesis band, among others.
But that’s not all.
Now the ex-wife is also accusing Collins of espionage. According to Cevey, the house has twenty cameras installed through which Collins can monitor events. There are cameras in the bathroom and dressing area, among other things. So according to Cevey, Collins can see his ex-wife in the most private moments.
The trial between Collins and Cevey will begin next week in Florida.
