The Penguins ended their three-game losing streak against the New Jersey Devils with a 4-2 victory in Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon.
It was Bryan Rust who played an important role in the 20th goal of the season (goal in the second quarter). Sidney Crosby hit the insurance goal into an empty net with one second left in the game.
Jeff Carter and Jared McCann are the other scorers of the Penguins.
On the demon side, Jack Hughes and Miles Wood shook the rope.
Goalkeeper Casey DeSmith won 34 saves, which is the sixth of the Penguins’ eight games against the Devil this season. Mackenzie Blackwood (Mackenzie Blackwood) gave up three times with 36 shots in front of the visitor’s net.
