Álvaro Morata is a Juventus player again after four seasons in which he has played for Real Madrid, Chelsea and Atlético.

The Madrid striker will leave as loaned for a season in exchange for 10 million euros, with a purchase option for another 45 ‘kilos’. Thus, the money from the ‘9’ march will be able to pay off the cost of his transfer to the rojiblancos.

The forward was absent from afternoon training with the rest of his teammates on Monday and traveled to Turin at night. In fact, the club itself was the one who announced his arrival in the Italian city to pass recognition on Tuesday.

Now, the departure of Morata forces Atlético to look for a new striker to the mattress discipline. The Uruguayan Luis Suárez will be his substitute, after overcoming Bartomeu’s last obstacles to his release letter have complicated the operation, but they have another ‘killer’, which Atlético has tried for a long time, in the bedroom: Édinson Cavani.

Morata already wore the colors of Vecchia Signora for two seasons in which he excelled in Serie A with 27 goals and 18 assists in 93 games, which allowed him to return to Real Madrid with the intention of being Benzema’s heir. After not achieving the desired continuity, he signed for Chelsea, where he could not show his best version either.

It was in January 2019 when the Madrilenian arrived in the Spanish capital, but to wear the Atlético shirt, the club with which he has signed his best numbers: 22 goals in 61 games.
