In the NBA Draft 2020, then, the Minnesota Timberwolves chose Anthony Edwards at No. 1 and the Golden State Warriors at No. 2 preferred 19-year-old center James Wiseman.

At number 3, the Charlotte Hornets announced guard LaMello Bowl, while at number 4 the Chicago Bulls took 19-year-old forward Patrick Williams. Isaac Okoro closes the top five for the Cavaliers.

The first European on the list is Killian Hayes, who from Um will be at the Detroit Pistons through number 7.

Finally, Alexei Pukushevsky of Olympiacos was at number 17.
