Microsoft cloud services experiencing network issue, rollback taken to mitigate.
Microsoft recently confirmed a network configuration issue caused multiple Microsoft 365 services to be inaccessible for users in Europe on Wednesday morning. The services affected included Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams, and users from Europe, India and the Middle East reported the issue on Downdetector. Microsoft issued an update at 9am GMT, tracing the cause to a “network configuration issue”.
