NHL striker Kasperi Kapanen, 24, has bought a new house in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Real Deal –according to the real estate site The NHL striker shelled out $ 1.6 million, or about $ 1.4 million, for his new readership.

The house has four bedrooms and 415 square meters. From the 16-acre plot you can directly see the legendary Jack Nicklausin designated golf course.

The house, built in 1981, has undergone a major transformation. Inside is an open chef-style kitchen. Out there is a swimming pool and a circular curving driveway.

The house had been for sale since 2016. The price was initially around EUR 2.1 million, but the price request was reduced to EUR 1.46 million in August.

According to the Real Deal website, Kapanen did not visit the house himself. He made the purchase decision based on a video filmed by his real estate agents.

Kasperi Kapanen was recently traded in the NHL to the Pittsburgh Penguins, who booked him in the summer of 2014. The Finnish striker played for the previous five seasons in the Toronto Maple Leafs. He signed a three-year, € 8.2 million contract in the summer of 2019.

During the past season, Kapanen scored 13 + 23 = 36 in 69 regular season matches.
