Selvin Mack was in Athens and, among other things, expressed his impatience to start training with Panathinaikos OPAP, while he claimed that he is ready to do whatever George Vovoras asks of him.

The American guard arrived in Athens on Sunday afternoon (8/11) and from his first statements he said that he is ready to help Panathinaikos achieve their goals.

“I am very excited about the opportunity I will have to play for Panathinaikos. It is a great club with a long history. I look forward to starting training with my new teammates. I know several of them and I look forward to seeing them and playing with them. ” initially stated on its official website OEM Panathinaikos OPAP and went on to talk about his personal goals.

“My goal is to win. This will be my second year in Europe. Now I understand the way we play here, which is a bit different than in America. “I am determined to work hard and help the team achieve its goals.”

And he concluded by saying:What I can say is that I will fight hard in every training session and in every match. It is not my goal to score 20 points and share a double-digit number of assists in each match, but to do whatever the coach asks me to do in order to help my team. “Every game is different and you should be able to adapt to its requirements.”
