Union leader Frode Alfheim (Frode Alfheim) is satisfied with the salary settlement.
The solution proposed by LO and NHO in this year’s wage settlement process provides a general supplement of NOK 2.25 and an additional supplement of NOK 1 per hour of minimum wage. YS and NHO also adopted the same solution.
The general subsidy pays NOK 4,387 per year, while the low-wage subsidy is NOK 1 per hour and NOK 1,950 per year. The solution includes 180,000 members of the LO and NHO companies, and 15,000 members of the YS union: Yrkestrafikkforbundet, Parat, Negotia, SAFE and Delta.
-Industri Energi’s union leader Frode Alfheim said:
When it came time to work overtime, the two sides reached an agreement on Sunday. The inspector put forward a proposal for a solution with a wage increase of 2.7%. Compared with the LO requirement, this is a reduction of 0.1% or 30øre.
Peggy Hansen Følsvik (Peggy Hansen Følsvik) led the LO negotiations, and Frode Alfheim (Frode Alfheim) was part of the delegation.
-The negotiation is very difficult. Alfheim said that in terms of the continuing pandemic in the country and Norway, we have achieved good results.
The result of the LO-NHO settlement constitutes a framework for further negotiations between the industry and various companies locally.
-Now, we are ready to conduct our own industry-wide wage negotiations. Alfheim said that we are making good plans for these plans.
YS is also satisfied with the framework of salary settlement. Here, we also found an organization organized in the Safe union, in which ISO members are directly affected by the negotiations of the former union.
Eirik Bornø, head of YS Privat, said Press release.
-We are also pleased to reach an agreement to ensure that low-income earners receive additional subsidies in this year’s settlement. He said that YS Privat has several member groups in the industry, whose income is far below 90% of the average wage of industrial workers.
The results include approximately 15,000 members from the following YS unions: Yrkestrafikkforbundet, Parat, Negotia, SAFE and Delta.
