It is made in just sixty copies of the current special edition of the Lexus 477-horsepower super coupe, the recently revamped RC F. The Lexus RC F Fuji Speedway Edition, which is currently only available in North America, will not receive an engine tuning, but will improve its chassis, further reduce its weight (replace its exhaust system with a titanium unit, aerodynamic profiles made of carbon fiber composite), and carbon-ceramic brakes. are replaced.
The Lexus RC F Fuji Speedway Edition is available in discreet Cloudburst Gray gray or the first-ever Arctic Blast Satin shade – both with a spectacular contrast between the coupe’s (optional) carbon fiber bonnet and roof panel.
While the automotive industry often has average shades behind sonorous paint names, Arctic Blast Satin is quite different: the semi-matte body design combines the brilliant tone of silky body colors with the abrasion resistance of matte surfaces, so owners can confidently enter the car wash with this special beauty.
Lexus also adds an exclusive watch to the car: the dark gray bezel of the Los Angeles MSTR watch factory’s automatic chronograph, red-stitched strap, and Fuji Speedway and F logos on the dial make it clear to any insider that the wearer is a member of a special club.
For the time being, the special edition is only available in the US, but we wouldn’t be surprised if a few pieces of it also hit European roads as part of a custom order.
We also drove the Lexus RC F recently, with the same carbon-ceramic brakes – click here if you care what it was like!
