Jennifer López and Maluma have announced the launch of an unpublished video that will lead to their first musical collaboration. The two singers simultaneously published a video on their social networks in which they mention that they will unite their voices on two topics: Well you and Lonely.
The artists have only given details of their collaboration. The only thing that is known is that the songs were recorded more than a month ago and that everything will be presented next Thursday through a live video on TikTok.
“My collaboration Well you and Lonely with Maluma he is almost here. Don’t miss ‘TikTok Live: Behind the Video’ at 6.0pm Eastern Time ” (22.00 GMT), Jennifer López wrote on her Instagram account.
The news also coincides with the departure of other joint projects of the artists such as the premiere of their film Marry me. The feature film, which should have become one of the most talked about films of the summer of 2020, has had its premiere postponed until February 14, 2021 due to the health crisis caused by the coronavirus.
The film, which also features the participation of Owen Wilson, tells the story of a pop artist -Jennifer López- who is abandoned at the altar by her fiancé -Maluma- and needs the help of an ordinary man to escape the scandal.
The film, produced by the American singer, is the first that the artist has made after Hustlers (2019) and Maluma’s first appearance on the big screen.
