Although there seem to be lots of black clouds in the economic future of HMD Global and Nokia, it cannot be denied that Finnish companies are the ones that have best carried out their operating system update schedule. And although we can’t know if it will be the final version, for a brief moment, HMD Global publishes the schedule for Android 11.

He did it through the official account of Nokia Mobile in the social network Twitter Although, a few hours after publishing the official image with the schedule, the tweet He was removed. Fortunately, the site NeoWin They managed to take a screenshot so we can get a first glimpse of what to expect.

These are the Nokia smartphones that will receive Android 11

Assuming HMD Global and Nokia’s preliminary but final OS update schedule remains as pictured then during the last quarter of 2020 we should see the first updates. Specifically, Android 11 should be arriving for the Nokia 8.3 5G, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 2.2.

In 2021 we will have five Nokia smartphones receiving the new version of Google’s mobile operating system during the first quarter: the Nokia 4.2, the Nokia 3.4, the Nokia 2.4, the Nokia 2.3 and the Nokia 1.3.

During the second quarter it will be the turn of the Nokia 7.2, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 3.2. From there on, the Nokia 9 PureView and the Nokia 1 Plus are listed.

And that’s it. HMD Global publishes the Android 11 schedule for a brief moment on its official account Twitter and then remove the schedule and the message as a whole.

We do not know if the reason is that the marketing department was not prepared to make the announcement or if some of these devices are not ready to receive the indicated update, so we will have to wait in the coming days to solve the mystery.
