After ventilating a few days ago that he was preparing for a big throw, Dacia has now played its trump card: the Spring electric car will be sold in Hungary for a gross HUF 3.99 million!
You have never had to pay so little for a new electric car at home – it is also true, of course, that this will not always be the case.
The discounted price applies to those who have won the subsidy announced by the state and, taking lightning speed, have placed a pre-order for the car among the first hundred. The retail price of this 100-piece series was set by the importer at 6.5 million forints, so the magic purchase price starting with three comes out.
These hundred cars were rushed by buyers in just four hours, without knowing how much the exact purchase price would be. So now that you know how cheap it is, you can’t buy it that much anymore.
The Spring gets an electric motor of just 33 kW (44 hp), which allows a top speed of 125 km / h. The capacity of the battery is 26.8 kWh, so the range is up to 225 km in mixed use, 295 km is even more favorable in the city.
We can draw enough power from a household outlet for 9 kilometers in 30 minutes (i.e. it takes to charge the battery forever), but if we fence a 30 kW direct current (DC) charger, we can charge the battery to a churn in 60 minutes.
The most beautiful thing is that the car is not officially sold anywhere in the world yet, Hungary just jumped on it for pre-sale – precisely so that potential buyers could fit into the running out of state support.
According to official information, the final price and equipment list will arrive in 2021 – which means the car won’t be here any sooner.
