Winter is here and with it comes the common cold, flu, and other illnesses. He shared several tips for staying healthy during the cold months. Firstly, it is important to practice basic healthy habits such as eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. Secondly, it is important to follow excellent hygiene throughout the day. Thirdly, adding supplements to your self-care routine such as echinacea, vitamin D, and vitamin C can help boost your immunity. Finally, if you do get sick, there are steps you can take to decrease the duration and severity of your illness.
