Several months ago it began to leak that Google would present its new device for Android TV in 2020. Usually under the Chromecast nomenclature, this year’s device is codenamed “Sabrina” and for the first time would come with its own remote control. Well, Google Sabrina sees its design filtered in white.
Months ago we had seen an illustrative render of Google Sabrina where we could see the main device shaped like a soap and in three smooth colors posing in separate promotional renderings to its matching remote control. But this time they appear next to each other and in white, but with a new design.
Google Sabrina details
Well, the main device, at least, the one that will produce the Android TV signal still looks exactly the same as we had seen it months ago: an oval device in the form of toilet soap that, as far as it has been filtered, would look white. , black and pastel pink. But your remote looks totally different from then.
In addition to a central wheel with touch sensors and a central button that would act as an options selector button, the control seen in the new render shows it as having eight buttons: one to access voice commands, one to access the home screen, one to go back, one to mute, a button for YouTube and another for Netflix, a button for multitasking mode and a power button.
Google Sabrina sees its design leaked in white along with its respective remote control and now there is no more than waiting for the company of the powerful search engine to officially remove the bandages. It could be announced on September 30 in view of the fact that the next Google event is scheduled for that date.
