Forbes Spain collects in its book ‘Best Doctors Spain’ the 165 best doctors, by specialty, who practice in Spanish public and private centers and have stood out for different reasons over the last three years. With this compilation, the publication seeks to detect the best medical professionals in our country At the same time, it wants to remember, in a vital moment as changing as the present, that Spain has been for several years worldwide as one of the most prepared countries in terms of the quality of its medical and healthcare service.
For the selection of more than a hundred doctors that are collected in ‘Best Doctors Spain’ divided by specialties -a total of 27-, Forbes Spain has taken into account different aspects such as the review of scientific merits, recognitions and awards received, the presence in the media, the opinion of patients, the impact of doctors in relation to the name of the hospital in which they work or the occupation of positions of relevance, in addition to the contributions made in the field of care, research and teaching by these medical professionals.
