The name of the French rugby player Arthur Castet is going around the world after starring a creepy injury in a match, in which he suffered a piercing under the mouth.
The mishap left such hole in the face of the Saint-Médard athlete that even the player himself joked about it, when he drank some water and then eject it through the hole as if it were a source.
Castet, who removed the dressing that covered the hole to record the images, posted the video on their social networks and it did not take long to go around the world, causing waves of reactions due to the spectacular nature of the wound.

This injury is reminiscent of the one suffered by the rugby player Sean Marriot, from the Medway RFC, as it also took a hole through which water escaped.
