A medical examination conducted by Quebec Chris Boucher did not reveal a torn ligament in his left knee.
Boucher was injured in a clash with the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night. The 28-year-old Montreal player was forced to leave the game at the beginning of the fourth quarter after trying to compete for rebounds with his opponent. Then he needs help to leave the field and return to the locker room.
The Raptors did not give a specific time when the basketball player was absent, but said he would not participate in the club’s next West Coast trip between April 29 and May 4.
Those who grew up in the North of Montreal know his best career in the NBA. As of 2020-21, he averaged 13.6 points and 6.7 rebounds in 24 minutes per game. In addition, since the beginning of the season, Boucher is the only Raptors player to appear in all games on the team (59).
