FC Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo, whose signing with Juventus for next season has been confirmed on Monday, has assured that before facing the “many challenges” that await him with the Italians he will continue “giving it his all to the end” in the azulgrana set, by his “companions and the fans”, since there are “important objectives”.
“Thanks to Juventus FC for their great interest in joining the entity. I know I will belong to a great club. Many challenges await us that will have to be overcome together with the ‘bianconeri’,” wrote the Brazilian on the social network Twitter.
However, he appealed to focus on the present and on finishing the season in the best possible way. “Now, focused on the present, we have important goals in Barcelona and I will continue to give it my all, for my teammates and all the fans. Moltes gràcies pel suport! Fins demà,” he stressed.
FC Barcelona announced on Monday the sale of the Brazilian midfielder to Juventus in Turin after the agreement reached for his transfer, estimated at 72 million euros fixed plus another possible 10 million in variables.
Shortly after, the Catalan entity made official the incorporation of the Bosnian Miralem Pjanic, who made the inverse way from the ‘Vecchia Signora’, for 60 million euros and 5 in variables.
