Nicolás Tagliafico did good business with Argentina on Tuesday evening in the World Cup qualification. Bolivia was defeated 1-2. Noussair Mazraoui was accurate for Morocco, which nevertheless did not get further than 1-1 in a friendly duel with the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Bolivia took the lead in the 24th minute via Marcelo Moreno, but Argentina put things in order in time. Lautaro Martínez scored the equalizer just before half time and Joaquin Correa scored 1-2 in the 79th minute on a pass from Martínez.
Ajax left back Tagliafico, just like Lionel Messi, participated in the entire match in high-altitude La Paz. Because of the victory, Argentina is still without losing points in the World Cup qualification after two games, after previously beating Ecuador 1-0.
The team of national coach Lionel Scaloni is in a group with nine other countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and Chile. The best four countries will qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the number five has to play a play-off.

Ajax defender Mazraoui opened the score with a ticker in his eleventh international match for Morocco shortly before half time. It was his second goal for the national team. Early in the second half, Congo came alongside via Yoane Wissa.
Mazraoui was the only Eredivisie player who took part in the exhibition game in Rabat. Ajax initially did not want to allow its internationals to travel to countries with a red travel advice.
The club later reported that Mazraoui and Lassina Traoré (Burkina Faso) were nevertheless given permission. Zakaria Labyad (Morocco) and Mohammed Kudus (Ghana) stayed behind in Amsterdam.

Mexico, which was 0-1 too strong for the Orange a week ago, now had more trouble with Algeria. In the Cars Jeans Stadium of ADO Den Haag, the friendly match ended in 2-2.
Former FC Twente attacker Jesus Corona opened the score for Mexico, after which Algeria came back strongly via Ismael Bennacer and star player Riyad Mahrez. After a red card for the Algerian Adlène Guédioura, Mexico came to 2-2 shortly before time via substitute Diego Lainez.
