Apple will host a major presentation on October 13, which will most likely unveil the new iPhone 12.
‘Inspired by iPhone 4’
The presentation will take place that day at 7 p.m. Besides the short text “Hi, speed” on the invitation, Apple has not announced anything else.
Although Apple itself does not say that the smartphones will be discussed, the chances are that this will happen. Normally, Apple traditionally presents it in September, but this year the presentation has been delayed by a few weeks, according to a top executive.
According to rumors, four models of the iPhone 12 are planned. Three of these succeed the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. In addition, there are plans to sell a smaller so-called mini-variant. All four models are presumably equipped with OLED screens.
The design of the new phones is said to be inspired by the iPhone 4 and the latest iPads, with a metal band on the edges. This makes the device flatter and more angular than the current models.
Apple presented new models of the iPad and Apple Watch last month. In addition, the company will bundle its various subscription services in a discounted package entitled Apple One.
