The company said that the sale will be completed in August 2021, but the sale price will not be disclosed by the company.

The new partnership agreement means that Apollo can continue to use Novair in the future. According to the press release, the sale will help establish a long-term strategic Nordic cooperation between the two parties, which Larsen said is a plan for the future.
