The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport has issued a statement in which it proposes a penalty of 60,001 euros to Rayo Vallecano for the abuse of a sector of the fans against Roman Zozulya.

The incidents occurred in the match against Albacete on December 15, causing the suspension after the first half of a match that Madrid ended up taking in its resumption, seven months later.

The agency described as “very serious“the events that occurred,” due to the deficiencies recorded in said meeting in relation to the viewer access control measures“.

Likewise, they consider that the Ray did not follow the indications, allowing the banner entrance “without having previously informed the security coordinator.”
