Social media has erupted against a new case of police violence in United States.

An officer detained Deja Stallings, a 25 year old pregnant black woman, putting his knee on her back, before the screams of several people who were in the place, scandalized by what was happening, as has been confirmed CNN. “She’s pregnant! My God!” They yelled.

The events took place on September 30. According to the version of the Kansas City Police, they went to the place alerted of a fight at a gas station, the woman tried to avoid the arrest of one of the young men who accompanied her, and she ended up being arrested.

Stacy Shaw, your attorney, denies police statements and has confessed that the victim is nine months pregnant. Witnesses also corroborate this version, assuring that there was no previous fight before the arrival of the agents.

Following the arrest, the police called an ambulance to check on Deja Stallings’ condition, which was assessed and discharged.

The Kansas City Police Department has assured that will not reveal the data of the agents involved.

This case prompted the call for new protests for five days in front of the city hall in rejection of the facts.
