Amazon Hub has arrived in Mexico and it is a new package collection network that has the objective of helping small and medium-sized companies increase their traffic and sales.
The company’s subsidiary in Mexico has announced the launch of Amazon Hub, a new network of in-store package collection points for their customers, which gives businesses the opportunity to reinvest in their communities by creating jobs and supporting other local suppliers.
For it, Amazon Hub offers two alternatives for customers to collect their packages: Locker Y Counter.
Locker de Amazon Hub
This option consists of a self-service kiosk that gives customers the opportunity to pick up their Amazon packages at a convenient location.
Counter de Amazon Hub
On the other hand, Counter is a network made up of store partners that allows the option of collecting orders from Amazon quickly and easily at a counter, under the attention of the staff of that establishment.
According to the company, as of today, Amazon Hub It is already available in hundreds of locations throughout Mexico, including CDMX, Puebla, Nuevo León, Querétaro, Jalisco, Yucatán, Quintana Roo, Guanajuato, Estado de México and more are expected.
How does Amazon Hub work?
The Amazon Hub service is available for the millions of items for sale on the e-commerce portal and works with one and two-day shipping, at no additional cost.
At the end of a purchase in Amazon.com.mx, the customer makes the payment and looks for the Locker O Counter closest, which can be located through your zip code. From the list of available Amazon Hub sites, the user will need to select the most convenient option for delivery.
