The mountains in the Swiss, Italian and Austrian Alps are also not spared this weekend. In Tyrol, for example, according to weather models, up to 50 centimeters of snow can fall on Saturday and Sunday. On images can be seen that there is already a lot of snow there on Saturday.

In the Central Alpine massif in France, it is expected that about 2 to 3 centimeters of snow will fall on Monday. It is the first time in fifty years that snow has occurred there so early in the year.

Meteo France predicts that the first snow in some places in the Pyrenees will already melt on Saturday. The weather service expects inconvenience as a result of this meltwater. Code orange was issued for two departments on Saturday.
