Almere City booked a problem-free victory in the Kitchen Champion Division on Tuesday evening. The team of trainer Ole Tobiasen won 3-0 against TOP Oss, which is the new last player. NEC recorded a 1-3 win over FC Volendam.

Almere City took the lead after eight minutes in its own Yanmar Stadium. Referee Stan Teuben pointed to the spot after a foul on Oussama Bouyaghlafen and Thomas Verheydt made no foul from 11 meters.
In the 26th minute, Anass Ahannach increased the margin to two. The midfielder fired in after a cross from Ilias Alhaft. The final chord came from Bouyaghlafen, who scored the 3-0 in the 64th minute after losing the ball at TOP Oss.
Because of the victory, Almere City rises to second place for the time being with seven points. TOP Oss also went down in the first two league games of the season and is at the bottom based on goal difference.

FC Volendam is also without a victory after three matches. The team of trainer Wim Jonk lost 1-3 to NEC, which scored twice in the first half in a period of four minutes via Elayis Tavsan and Rangelo Janga.
The connection goal of Martijn Kaars only came in the injury time of the match and came too late for Volendam to get another point from the fire. NEC even made it 1-3 in the final seconds via Janga, who punished defensive fumbling at Volendam.
The Nijmegen residents now have six points and are rising to seventh place in the ranking. Volendam occupies the seventeenth position with one point.
