– The main observation was that Trump did not do what was to be done. Biden did, in turn, enough, a senior researcher at the Foreign Policy Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak said in Iltalehti’s election studio on Friday morning.

According to him, Trump tried to defeat Biden, but this one defended his position quite easily.

– Maybe it was disappointing for Trump. At some point it seemed that he did not know what should have been done.

On Friday, Trump and Biden clashed for the last time in front of television cameras. There are only 12 days left until the election day on the first Tuesday in November, but according to Salonius-Pasternak, the battle has not yet been resolved.

Trump will still be able to rise to victory if he does the right things.

– Something very surprising has to happen in the election dynamics so that enough of his supporters would go to the polls. In addition, Trump should split a very large proportion of those voters who have not yet decided on their candidate.

– If these happen, he has a chance, Salonius-Pasternak says.
