The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) has reported a missing child, one-year-old Caspian Tamulevich. He was last seen with his mother, Chelsea, at a residential facility on the 200 block of Ashbury Street around 5:30 p.m. Friday evening. However, due to a court order restricting her custody rights over Caspian she is listed as an abduction suspect by the department and cannot leave the facility with him.
Chelsea Tamulevich is described as being white and aged 38-years old; she weighs roughly 130 pounds stands five-foot-six in height and has blonde hair and brown eyes. The SFPD released photos of both Chelsea and Caspian who they have described as being Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes.
Officers responded to reports of a missing person at approximately 6:54 pm according to an SFPD press release detailing that any information on their whereabouts should be directed towards either calling emergency services or contacting the police tip line directly via phone call or text message.
If anyone locates either individual they are encouraged to report their current location along with physical descriptions anonymously through TIP411 messaging service which can be initiated by beginning your message using “SFPD”.
