The Moroccan police arrested, last Monday, a worker from the Ibn Sina public hospital in Rabat, after he will try to rape a patient that she was admitted to the hospital.
The 27-year-old alleged aggressor worked for a company hired by the same health center when, in a lull in his work, attempted to sexually assault a 25-year-old woman, who was hospitalized.
The man invited her to accompany him to a consultation room, with the excuse that her doctor was waiting for her for rehab sessions as part of her treatment protocol. And, after leading her in a wheelchair into an empty room, he tried to force her. Despite being locked up and being recently operated, the young woman was able to defend herself with force.
Although the hospital’s private security agents intervened, the alleged assailant left the scene. However, hours later, it could be detained by the authorities.
According to local media, the evidence gathered against the aggressor they leave you no chance to refute the accusation, since the recording of the hospital cameras, the testimonies of the patients who shared the room with the victim and the testimony of the latter coincide perfectly.
